Advent Prayer Service
Each Wednesday through December, beginning this Wednesday 12/1/2021, there will be an evening Advent prayer service at Spencer UMC. We will have dinner at 6:15pm, followed by the service itself at 7pm. The service will be relatively short, and will serve to focus our hearts on the

Daily devotionals for the Close to Home series are available for you to take home, containing poetry, artwork, and commentary on the Scrpiture texts for the week, as well as space for journaling and suggestions for a Sabbath practice to center the week in God’s grace. A Facebook group
2021 Christmas Store
* The Christmas Store will be on November 27th from 8am-8pm at Hill Top. As many volunteers as possible are needed; there will be a job for you whatever time you are available, whether that’s a few hours or all day. Please sign up to help!

The South Hills Partnership is having a Thanksgiving service. Sunday November 21 at 4pm Fairhaven United Methodist Church 2415 Saw Mill Run Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15234 You are invited to bring a soup and/or bread to share for dinner immediately following the service. All are welcome.

Bible Study
We have decided to take a Bible Study hiatus. We will not have Bible Study next week on 7/28/2021 or the month of August. We are planning a big kick off with the book of Genesis on Wednesday September 1, 2021.
Baby Shower for Jesus
